By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Daily Tasks: To-Do & Reminder mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to download, install, and use the Application on Android devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Store Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibility & Alarm Reliability

Daily Tasks provides reminder alarms, voice memos, and task scheduling tools. While we strive to ensure maximum reliability:

• Certain aggressive Android battery-saving modes or device manufacturer task killers (e.g., Doze mode, background restrictions) may occasionally affect reminder delivery if the app is not granted battery exemption.
• Users are responsible for verifying their device notification and exact alarm settings to ensure timely alerts.
• The app is a personal productivity aid and should not be relied upon as the sole critical alert system for life-threatening medical emergencies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original source code, graphics, branding, widget designs, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of the developers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Daily Tasks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Application.
